ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our team of insurance professionals is looking to expand! We're hoping to find a teammate who's energetic, accustomed to working in a results driven environment, and is Property & Casualty Insurance licensed in Indiana. As a member of our team, you have an opportunity to work within a successful State Farm Agency, building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products. Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Self-motivated & detail oriented.
• Experience operating CRM software and multiple computer programs at once.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire).
