Beaverton Honda, an upscale dealership and proud member of the Lanphere Auto Group, is seeking professional, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. We're looking for positive, motivated car enthusiasts who thrive on helping customers enjoy a stress-free car-buying experience.

Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in customer service, sales, or finance is also helpful. We provide comprehensive training for highly motivated candidates with the aptitude to succeed. Qualified candidates are eligible for a 30-day paid training guarantee of $3,000.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
• A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• The ability to learn quickly, take direction, retain knowledge, and grow
• Patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm-on the floor and on the phone
• A sense of urgency with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work dealership hours (sales department open Monday-Sunday)
• A valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screenings
