Role :

Performs mechanical duties that require maintenance on all equipment. Also, performs welding duties that pertain to the yard repairs.

Job Requirements :

  • Able to inspect and troubleshoot equipment, trucks and tractors (PM Service)
  • Familiar with Diesel engines and backhoe equipment
  • Rebuild machinery equipment; Use of pneumatic tools
  • Able to read and understand electrical schematics
  • Able to read and understand hydraulic schematics
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean mechanic shop
  • Wash equipment
  • Assist in moving equipment to and from trucks

Qualifications

Physical Requirements :

  • Works outdoors in all climates.
  • Exposed to loud noise, dusty environment.
  • Able to climb 40 feet and to stoop, bend or kneel in the review and inspection of plant operations and equipment.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • Full mobility of hands

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $24.00 - $26.00
