Data Entry Clerk

Project will run 24 / 7 until Saturday January 10th at 12pm.

Shifts and Pay

  • M-F
  • 8 am - 4 pm
  • 4 pm - 12 am
  • 12 am - 8 am
  • $23 / hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect each vehicle returned at the PHX rental return lanes.
  • Identify and mark all visible damage on the vehicle exterior.
  • Measure and photograph each identified damage with proper tools and techniques.
  • Log all damage details in real time using a Google Form on an iPad.
  • Record details including license plate, damage type, location, size category, measurements, and photos linked to corresponding damage entries.

    • Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
  • Basic proficiency with iPads, Google Forms, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to visually identify vehicle damages accurately.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on feet for extended periods.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
