Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Valid LPN / LVN license from an accredited institution

Certifications Requirements : CPR certification, IV Certification (preferred), BLS certification

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC experience in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements : Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to different shift schedules, physical stamina to perform job duties, reliable transportation, and flexibility to float between units if needed

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Assess patient health conditions, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
