Purpose of Position

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking to hire a Finance Summer Intern to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid 10-week internship will start June 1, 2026 and run through August 7, 2026. EJM offers a flexible schedule conducive to a students' schedule with encouraged participation in company events throughout the Summer. 35-40 hours per week will be expected of each intern. A complete application and resume must be submitted to be considered. Preference will be given to local students in the Cincinnati area. This position was created for sophomore-senior status undergraduate students studying finance.

EJM does not offer a relocation stipend for internship positions. Relocation for this internship would be the responsibility of the student.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
• Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology & tools.
• Assist Clients with Managing their AC - budget to actual variance analysis, trip cost estimates, and Ad-Hoc reporting
• Update corporate forecast and develop presentation for Weekly Business Review
• Assist in month-end close reporting and analysis
• Provide sales with pricing opportunities for new customers
• Assist with other special projects
