A company is looking for a Conference Call Coordinator to manage and prioritize scheduling for team members across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule conferences for Network Managers, Medical Directors, and internal staff
Prioritize and organize conferences based on urgency and time frame
Provide customer service as a liaison for internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years of experience in administrative support services
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong telephone skills and ability to prioritize competing needs
Any combination of education / experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the functions of the position
