[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Commitment : 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays in a 6-week rotation; 1 weekend work required; 2 holidays (1 summer and 1 winter). Float among Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units. Provide patient-centered care in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence. Experience : At least 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Willingness to meet specific scheduling needs. Comprehensive training in : NIHSS (Stroke Scale). IV Ultrasound . Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership development. Proficient in using electronic health records and communication tools. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Demonstrated initiative and effective decision-making in critical situations. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments. Annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications (e.g., DNV, CARF).
