[job_card.job_description]Screen and direct all calls coming into the office Coordinate medical leadership schedule of appointments, meetings, etc. Transcription, general correspondence as needed Organize and assist in coordinating socials, meetings, conference calls and other special events Responsible for completing daily volume reports and trends as needed necessary by on-site Medical Director(s) Place reminder calls to physicians and key players at the hospitals for monthly and quarterly meetings and conference calls Coordinate and record all clinician CME and other required documents by the company and / or the facility Record minutes for meetings and conference calls Establish and maintain files both hard copy and electronically Screen, re-direct, and assist callers - patient complaints, physicians with questions, physician payroll errors, hospitals requesting information Assist Regional Clinical Performance Advisors with various mail outs, phone calls, etc. for the facility Performs general duties such as typing, operating office machines, ordering supplies and materials, etc. Update facility contacts and account / hospital team in Salesforce Create and maintain graphs and spreadsheets as needed to analyze and report data. Prepare reports / letter in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Assists with any special projects and other duties that arise. Run reports and data from the EMR. Any other duties deemed necessary by management. Exceptional organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Exceptional attention to detail. High School Diploma, required. 4+ years of applicable administrative experience, preferably in medical practice, hospital, or other clinical environment.
