[job_card.job_description]Review and set up new leasing contracts in our system. Invoice clients daily for leasing agreements. Gather meter reads where necessary to ensure accurate billing. Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and payments. Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree. 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in contract or billing environments. Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
