Visual Designer

Duration : 12 Month Contract + Extensions

Location : Hybrid - Basking Ridge, NJ or NYC (10007)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of UX / UI experience particularly a visual design focus
• Expert experience with Figma
• Experience supporting concept designs and visual patterns
• Hands on with prototyping
• Good communication skills to participate in design critiques
• Portfolio with up to date design work and end to end case studies

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Visual Designer to join a customer facing design team. This designer will be supporting a digital design team which focuses on Visual Design, VQA and design feedback across the greater design organization. Candidates will be reporting to a Lead Experience Designer, where there will be mentorship and guidance. On a day to day basis candidates will be working within a design system, focused on delivering different screen options for products within the customer experience portfolio. This designer will be working on the documentation of components and patterns.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation : $50hr to $58hr
