Job Description : As a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing friendly and efficient assistance with policy inquiries, updates, and claims.
  • Utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with a younger demographic.
