Job Description

We are a reputable family-owned Collision repair business in Newark, CA since 1986 and we specialize in luxury brands with certifications from all the top auto makers. We have raving reviews from our customers on Google and Yelp and we are a Mechanics & Body Shops Marketplace Best Workplace, which is THE badge of excellence for best places to work for in the automotive and collision industry. We are looking for an experienced accountant with extensive experience with QBO.

Scope of Work

Your will be responsible for the following :

  • Accounts receivable on QBO
  • Account payable on QBO
  • Bank, credit card and expense reconciliations on QBO
  • Payroll and time card management using ADP
  • Perform all duties in the office
  • Work day : Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

    • Qualifications of Senior Accountant

    5+ years of QBO experience, A friendly and professional attitude, attention to details, accounting degree is a big plus.
