Location: Miami, Florida – Nationwide Routes
Type: TEAM DRIVING Full-Time | Over-the-Road (OTR)
Equipment: 53’ Refrigerated Trailers
Pay: Competitive pay up to $0.75/mile + Backhaul deliveries paid additional (EACH DRIVER) + Bonuses

Join Our Growing Fleet – Drive 53' Reefers Across the East Coast!

We’re hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for long-haul routes transporting temperature-sensitive freight in 53’ refrigerated trailers. If you’re a safe, dependable driver looking for steady miles, great pay, and respect on the road—apply today!

What You'll Do:

  • Haul temperature-controlled freight across regional and national routes
  • Monitor reefer units and ensure proper temperature compliance
  • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
  • Keep accurate E-Logs and delivery records
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers

Requirements:

  • CDL Class A License (Required)
  • 1+ year OTR experience preferred (reefer experience a plus)
  • Strong safety record and clean MVR
  • Knowledge of reefer operations and temperature control
  • English Speaking
