BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Team Lead to join our growing team in Atlanta GA (Remote) If youre a seasoned HVAC professional with leadership experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a global leader in facility management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate : $44.00 / hour ($91520 annually based off 40 Hours work week)
• On-Call Pay : $150 per scheduled on-call shift
• Overtime is authorized : with approval from the Supervisor.
• Per diem : $55 per day and lodging will be provided for authorized out-of-town travel and service.
• Paid Time Off : Start with 48 hours increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays : 7 annually (New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas)
• 401(k) Match : 5% employer contribution

About the Role

As the HVAC Service Team Lead youll support the Regional Service Manager in overseeing commercial HVAC operations across multiple client sites. Youll serve as the primary point of contact for escalations guide a team of technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
