Join our team as a High Net Worth Client Case Representative for our Personal Investor clients at Vanguard. Relationship Building : Grow and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor during pivotal moments.

Base Salary Range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 based on licenses held and relevant experience.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Investor clients during the onboarding and change of ownership experience.
• Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
• Provide expert support during critical moments in clients' financial journeys.
• Simplify complex processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Foster trust and reliability through consistent, high-quality service.
• Educate clients on Vanguard's product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs.
