Position Summary

The Bandag plant in Abilene has been in operation for over 50 years, producing tread rubber and retreading materials for Bandag dealers. Bandag is a critical piece of Bridgestone dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of premium retread tires. Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated night-shift Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Abilene, TX.

Pay :

• Starting pay $22.28 / hour with guaranteed progression increases.
• Automatic pay increases at regular intervals-every 3 to 6 months-and progressing to

$27.32 / hr in 24 months
