Cheer Home Care is hiring a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate CNA who is also desires Administrative Assistant to work to support the Compliance Manager. This role combines client-facing support (fill-in for shifts quickly with call-off) with adminstrative work when not in the field. 30% of the time in the field and 70% in the office. Great opportunity for a CNA who wants to be introduced to office work.

The ideal candidate would have caregiving or aide experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage details in a busy environment. He/she will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Upbeat personality
• Healthcare experience, CNA or Caregiver, preferred
• Bachelors, preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
• Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
• Ability to work one weekend day
