Lien Waiver - Data Entry

Century Group is in search of an experienced Lien Waiver -Data Entry Coordinator to join a team in DTC. Qualified candidates with 2+ years of accounts payable experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. This position is temp to hire. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $21 to $25 per hour.

Job Description :

• Manage all lien waivers for entire company
• Send out lien waivers and track when they come back using system BillPro to track
• Manage Manual lien waivers through Excel
• Send out division report each week to entire company
• Follow appropriate steps to ensure proper handling of all payments
• Make sure all lien waivers are signed by suppliers
• Hold payment when lien waivers are not signed timely and accurately
• Work within Excel plugging in formulas
• Scan checks and invoice batches and save them to respective folders on the shared drive.
• Interact with all levels of the organization for dispute resolution, obtaining approvals, and invoice processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments as well as external customers, vendors, suppliers.
