Join our dynamic team in Charlotte as a Lead CNC Machinist, where your expertise will drive the precision and quality of our manufacturing processes. We are seeking a seasoned professional who will take charge of setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, specifically Haas and Fadal machines, to produce components of varying sizes and complexities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret detailed blueprint drawings to accurately set up CNC machinery.
- Operate CNC equipment to machine parts with precision and efficiency.
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to enhance production processes.
- Mentor and assist junior machinists, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
