Executive Assistant

DeMontrond Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position requires exceptional administrative, analytical, and financial skills, along with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and executive team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and financial summaries using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and dashboards).
  • Assist with financial analysis, expense tracking, and month-end reconciliations.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and communication across multiple dealership locations.
  • Manage project timelines, department metrics, and confidential business data.

Qualifications :

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in an automotive or multi-location business environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
