A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to create a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source 65-75% of the pipeline through outbound prospecting
Book 8-12 qualified meetings per month and maintain CRM data accuracy above 90%
Convert 20-30% of inbound leads into sales conversations
Required Qualifications
Experience in a sales or BDR / SDR role with a proven track record of meeting goals
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRMs
Strong analytical mindset and commitment to data-driven decisions
Coachability and a strong work ethic to grow quickly
Proven responsibility and a track record of delivering results
