No Touch Freight
Drop and Hook, No Touch Freight: This position is designed for CDL-A drivers who prefer efficient freight movement and minimal loading delays. Most freight moves through drop-and-hook or no-touch operations, allowing drivers to focus on staying on the road and maintaining steady miles.
Running Area & Miles: Drivers operate primarily east of I-35 hauling automotive freight. Routes are planned to support consistent scheduling and reliable dispatch planning. The average length of haul is approximately 500 miles, with drivers typically running 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week depending on available freight and route assignments.
Pay: Drivers in this position earn weekly pay ranging from $1,250 to $1,550. A monthly safety bonus of up to $750 may also be available based on safety performance and company program guidelines.
Home Time: Drivers typically operate 7 to 10 days on the road followed by a 34 to 48 hour reset at home. Dispatch works with drivers to maintain consistent scheduling whenever possible while meeting freight commitments.
Equipment: Drivers operate well-maintained tractors including mostly Peterbilt 579 models along with other fleet units. Trucks are equipped with inverters and refrigerators to support driver comfort while on the road. Drivers may take their assigned truck home during scheduled home time.
Orientation: Orientation is completed online with DOT physicals scheduled near the driver's home when required. Once onboarding steps are complete, transportation can be arranged for drivers to pick up their assigned equipment.

Drivers are compensated for loaded and empty miles, and additional pay may be available for detention and layover when applicable. Dispatch support is available to drivers throughout their trips.
Qualifications: Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT Medical Card, and at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months or 1 year of experience within the last 3 years operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer.
