Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Administer medication reminders as scheduled and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Observe and document client behavior and process, reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Uphold client rights while providing care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
