Growth Engineer (Head of Marketing)
Responsible for making the company the most trusted voice in computational biology and AI-for-science. They turn complex biological and software concepts into engaging, technically precise content, and distribute it across the channels where scientists pay attention.
Instead of traditional marketing, this role behaves like an engineer : building experiments, shipping rapidly, measuring results, and iterating. They write blog posts, create demos, produce videos, build lightweight tools, and help shape how customers understand and adopt the product. It’s a high-impact role for someone who can combine scientific understanding with creative execution and a bias toward action.
As the sole Marketing hire (for now), this is a high ownership opportunity to build out the marketing function for the company.
