Pure Barre Shoreline is opening THIS SPRING! Become one of our Founding teachersOur new studio is located in the heart of Shoreline at the brand new Shoreline Place shopping center right next to Town & Country.

Our teachers are the core of our classes and the pulse of our studio (pun intended). We are looking for a few more qualified candidates to join our founding team of Pure Barre Shoreline teachers. This is an amazing opportunity for fitness enthusiasts, barre fanatics, or those who just want to help others accomplish their health goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Confidence commanding a room of 18+ clients
• An energetic & welcoming personality
• Musicality; the ability to identify the beat of a song
• Previous experience in coaching, dance, or other fitness modalities (not required)
• Team players! Pure Barre is a franchise, but we are a small business with a close team that helps out one another when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Diligent planning and preparation before each class on a weekly basis, including diligent study of class material and memorization
• Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required
• CPR & AED Certification (required prior to teaching first class)
• Attend a 4-Day online training, followed by a 30-day certification process. Weekend training available.

• $28 - $30 rate per class; $18 hourly training rate

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
