Job Title : Tour Guide - Visitor Services (Part Time)

Location : Moline, IL 61265 (Onsite)

Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Pay Range : $15 - $16 / hr. on W2

Job Summary :

This is a Part Time Visitor Services position candidates, MUST be available to work on Saturdays. The hours of operation for the facility are Monday from 1-5, Tuesday-Saturday from 9-5, closed on Sunday. Looking for someone to work around 30 hours per week.

Job Duties :

• Ensures that all guests to the Client’s Pavilion receive an exceptional Client’s experience.
• Performs opening and closing procedures for the facility.
• Performs front desk information operations, administrative duties.
• Assist in all general daily activities as needed.
• Receives ongoing training and development.
• Works special events, including set up, and tear down.
• Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation, including holidays.
• Acts as an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses.
• Greet guests, tour groups, etc.
• Answer the main Pavilion phone line at the front desk
• Take tour reservation with guests via phone
• Greet visitors / groups and give a short overview of the self-guided Pavilion layout
