JOB SUMMARY :

The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) assists the Urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urological conditions. The APRN will practice under a supervising physician with responsibilities to include conducting patient evaluations, formulating treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, assisting in surgeries and procedures, providing patient education, and managing post-operative care. Excellent communication and clinical skills are essential for this role.

DEPT. SCOPE OF SERVICE :

The BMH-owned or managed physician practices provide medical services in various specialties and offices including pediatrics, OB / GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, family practice and internal medicine. The practices are staffed by physicians and other licensed providers who are supported by clinical staff (LPNs or medical assistants) and clerical staff (receptionists, transcriptionists, file clerks). Hours vary by practice.

Compensation Disclosure in Accordance with Vermont Act 155

In compliance with Vermont Act 155, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital provides the compensation range for this position in good faith. The listed range represents the pay scale reasonably expected for a successful candidate based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
