Key Responsibilities
Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues while collaborating with teams
Provide technical support through various channels and handle escalations effectively
Engage with support teams across regions to ensure successful customer migration projects
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in support, software services, or system administration
2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers
Proficiency in writing and updating SQL queries
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and bash / shell
Familiarity with SSO, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSL
