Elevation Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Position : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location : [Winston Salem, NC]

Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Responsibilities :

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Collect and record data on child behavior and progress.

Work collaboratively with a team to develop and modify intervention plans as needed.

Maintain a safe and positive environment for all children.

Communicate effectively with team members, family members, and other caregivers.

Qualifications :

Current RBT certification.

High school diploma or equivalent; Education, or related field preferred.

Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
