We're searching for a Commercial Sales Estimator who can bring accuracy, insight, and customer focus to every project. Pay : $75,000 / year base plus commissions with a total compensation goal of $100,000 / year or more. There is no cap on commissions.

Position Summary :

The Commercial Sales Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating HVAC system installations for commercial projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, cost analysis skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. The Estimator will collaborate closely with the commercial sales and project management teams to ensure proposals are competitive, profitable, and aligned with Jacobs' standards for quality and integrity.
