Appraisal Policy Analyst

A company is looking for an Appraisal Policy Analyst who is passionate about customer success and quality assurance in appraisal.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with customers to identify quality objectives and develop plans to enhance valuation quality

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and share insights with product teams

Facilitate onboarding of new customers through training sessions and ongoing feedback discussions

Required Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of appraisal theory and quality standards; experience as an appraiser or with a lender / AMC is a plus

4+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Product Management, or related fields

Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data for decision-making

Proven ability to translate user insights and business needs into actionable product solutions

Exceptional writing skills, particularly in crafting product copy and documentation
