  • Overview :

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in cases involving Lemon Law, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to case management and client interaction.

    • Responsibilities :
    • Collaborate with a dynamic team of 40+ in-house paralegals / legal assistants
    • Review firm billing and adjust accordingly
    • Quickly and accurately type, edit, and proofread documents
    • Assemble necessary documents and evidence in preparation of filings
    • Demonstrate proficiency in legal terminology
    • Assist the team in keeping track of fee motion deadlines and filings
    • Qualifications :
    • Organizational skills
    • In office experience with Microsoft Office
    • Work a full time in person position Monday - Friday in person
    • 1 year of legal experience
