Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration with focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies
Strong proficiency managing Windows Server, Entra (Azure AD), Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments
High level of experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
Proficient with common networking concepts and protocols including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls for Microsoft-based systems
Experience with Azure cloud environments and services
Understanding of Intune and Autopilot device management
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in team environment
Experience coordinating team efforts and providing technical guidance
