CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SERVICE ADVISOR ASSISTANT : YOUR MISSION

As our Customer Service Representative, you develop our business pipeline and help our shop become even more profitable! A customer service master, you speak with clients about our auto repair services and about their car troubles. You promote our services and encourage clients to trust us with fixing up their vehicles. When asked, you generate accurate estimates for our work and break them down for the customer so they can see exactly where their money's going.

After selling a client on our services, you schedule the work appointment for when our technicians are open and the parts are available. You are always upbeat, helpful, and friendly throughout all of your interactions. If anyone calls with any questions, you answer them cheerfully and thoroughly, checking with other staff about inquiries you're unsure about. You enjoy interacting with such a wide variety of people and take pride in the exceptional customer service you provide them!

HOW TO THRIVE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSISTANT - SERVICE ADVISOR

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some sales experience preferred
• Strong typing skills and familiarity with labor management systems
• Fantastic people skills and customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

This position typically works Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM .
