Title : Customer Service Assistant
Location : Palmetto, FL 34220
Shift : 7 : 30 AM- 4 PM
Duration : 2 Months
Worksite Type : Onsite
Background in Customer Service, SAP, or Billing preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel needed. This position will assist the Customer Service Associates and Customer Service Manager with tasks including, but not limited to, gathering customer paperwork, and uploading to our computer system, billing customers through SAP, and scheduling appointments with customers.
Requirements :
SAP, customer service, billing background - minimum
Assignment : a few months
7 : 30AM- 4PM - regular office hours
training - very easy
