Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years Outpatient OR experience within 3 years
• OR circulating
• OR scrubbing
• And Pre op area skills
• BLS
• ACLS

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.
• Maintain a sterile field and enforce aseptic techniques at all times.
• Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment for each procedure.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond quickly to changes during surgery.
• Monitor the patient's condition before, during, and after the procedure, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and infection control protocols.
• Participate in emergency procedures as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work varying shifts based on departmental needs.
