2 years of retail or customer service management experience, or +3 years United States Military experience.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.

Minimum High School diploma or GED.

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the applicable country.

Flexibility to support other stores or team members as needed.

Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
