Insurance Sales Executive

Position Overv iew

The Local Sales Executive will be responsible for leading CSN Collision’s growth initiatives within the Southwest (CA, AZ, TX) market. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers, National and Local Fleet Management Companies, Direct Repair Program (DRP) partners, and collision repair shops. Will execute a market-specific, boots-on-the-ground strategy and act as the primary representative of CSN in the region. The Local Sales Executive will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to tailor CSN’s offerings to regional needs, drive DRP partnership growth, and represent CSN at local industry events. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the National Director.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Lead CSN’s growth efforts in California by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities with carriers, DRP programs, and repair shops.
• Execute a localized business development strategy aligned with CSN’s overall growth objectives.
• Promote CSN’s value proposition to prospective partners and tailor offerings to regional market needs.
