About The Position

Location : Conroe, Texas, USA Specialty : Maternal - Newborn Type : Travel Schedule : 3x12s Nights Time : 13 Weeks

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Nurse - Mother / Baby for a 13-week night shift assignment in Conroe, Texas. Key Responsibilities - Travel Nurse

  • Provide comprehensive care to postpartum mothers and healthy newborns
  • Monitor vital signs, manage pain, support breastfeeding, and educate families
  • Recognize and respond to potential complications in mother or baby
  • Collaborate with OB team, nursery staff, and lactation consultants
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with facility protocols
  • Support and educate families on postnatal care and newborn development

    • Requirements - Travel Nurse

  • Active RN license (Texas or Compact State)
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent Mother / Baby or Postpartum experience
  • Strong communication, patient education, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a travel assignment
