GTE Platform Engineering enables USRM IT to deliver innovative solutions with less effort by researching & engineering innovative capabilities based on technology like : Cloud Services, LLM’s and more or by consulting  on these capabilities / platforms and their integration with into our business’s holistic Business solutions.

Our customers are all based in or moving to AWS, so we enable their cloud-based needs with cloud-native solutions . As a member of GTE you will be serving Liberty’s largest business unit and will play a key role in the delivery of market-leading experiences for our customers, agents, and partners.

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our established team, where you will have the opportunity to leverage and grow your skills  in building innovative tools, solutions or products needed by our customers. You will work on a modern technology stack consisting of AWS Services like EKS, ECS, Lambda, API’s etc. using Java, Python or Groovy as well as infrastructure as code tools like AWS Cloud Formation or Terraform to ensure our products reduce our customer’s effort and improve their velocity.

Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and / or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
