Talented Medical Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented and patient-focused Phlebotomist for a contract assignment in Rochester, Minnesota . This is a great opportunity for a local or traveling professional to work in a high-standard medical environment where precision and compassion go hand in hand.

Position Overview

As a Phlebotomist, you'll be responsible for collecting blood specimens accurately and efficiently while creating a calm and reassuring experience for patients. You'll support lab operations and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform venipunctures and capillary sticks following proper technique

Label and handle specimens according to lab protocols

Verify patient identity and ensure accurate documentation

Provide courteous and professional service to patients of all ages

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas

Collaborate with clinical and lab teams for timely test processing

Qualifications :

Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program or equivalent experience

Current BLS certification

National phlebotomy certification (preferred)

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
