Overview of Position : A Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for the safe transport of guests in the Parking Lots and between Windham Mountain Club destinations. As the first point of contact for our guests as they arrive at Windham Mountain Club, Shuttle Bus Drivers have a high degree of guest contact and must leave our guests with an exceptional first impression.

Job Responsibilities and Duties :

• Transport guests and employees to and from pick-up to drop off areas at all resort properties, primarily between parking lots and the main lodge.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading of equipment.
• Maintain contact with peers and supervisors to ensure timely transport of guests and avoid congestion of shuttles in a single resort area.
• Coordinate with parking team to safely direct driving and pedestrian traffic.
• Perform daily checks to ensure that vehicles are safe to operate.
• Ensure that vehicles are always stocked with appropriate supplies.
• Provide guests with accurate information on conditions, events, and programs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.
• Identify and address potential hazards.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.

Work Schedule and Conditions : We are in the business of providing a premier product and guest experience. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
