A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and their relationship commerce program objectives
Take ownership of portfolio health, anticipating blockers and driving actions for successful outcomes
Educate customers on best practices and conduct comprehensive business reviews with data-backed recommendations
Required Qualifications
3-6+ years of customer management / vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to launch
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, and Magento
BS / BA degree required
Advanced skills in Google Suite
