These are temporary positions that support Faculty Affairs priorities. The purpose of these positions is to develop faculty leaders and to extend the capacity of the Office for Faculty Affairs. The specific position below is developed from a previous mentorship program designed by the DU-MERISTEM team intended to support new hires in the STEM schools (CNSM and RSECS) and other hard science faculty across campus who would benefit. This includes all faculty lines including both teaching and tenure track.
Goals tasks and deliverables : Fellows and Faculty Affairs staff will agree on a range of goals tasks and deliverables based on the original application priorities and mission and feasibility and both parties will sign a copy of this contract.

Work Schedule
Term : each faculty fellow is expected to serve for one calendar year with a possibility of renewal for an additional year.
