Director of Fraud Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Fraud Operations to oversee fraud detection and prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Co-lead the transformation of the fraud function and serve as a senior advisor on fraud risks

Set goals for fraud loss reduction and implement systems for prevention, detection, and mitigation

Lead a team of fraud investigators and collaborate cross-functionally to align fraud operations with company initiatives

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in fraud operations, trust & safety, or risk management

Experience with AI-driven tools and methodologies in risk or fraud domains

Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills

Proficient with data analysis tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Grafana, or Hex

Ability to navigate complex fraud operations and drive strategic initiatives
