Job Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive medical abortion and family planning care.
Conduct physical exams, diagnose health issues, and create individualized patient care plans.
Administer treatments, monitor patients post-procedure, and manage discharge.
Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and consult with other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on managing and preventing illness and injury.
Participate in an on-call rotation to answer a 24 / 7 nurse advice line.
Contribute to clinical policy development and strategies for enhancing patient care.

Requirements :

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or NP Certificate.

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Nurse Midwife.

Active, non-probationary Nurse Practitioner license and DEA license in Illinois.

Proficiency with medical EHR systems and other standard office software.

A commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Schedule and Compensation :

Typical patient hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m
