Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Salary : $107,208 - 139,371 per year

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure as well as tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Strong background in developing technical solutions involving multiple applications to address business and production needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Linux, MacOS, and / or Windows system administration.
• Experience managing cloud-based solutions using VMware, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with LDAP, DNS, SSO, MDM, SMTP, system performance monitoring tools, virtualization, HTTP, email routing and administration, and interaction with REST APIs for application integration and automation.
• Knowledge of authentication standards.
• Strong capability to query and visualize data using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and / or ElasticSearch.
• Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including an understanding of TCP / IP networks and related technology.
• Preferred experience with F5, Couchbase, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, ElasticSearch, Rabbit MQ, and Angular.
• Required knowledge of technical architecture and application system design and integration in a large enterprise context.

Responsibilities :

As a Systems Engineer, you will support a large-scale Distributed Infrastructure. Your role involves providing technical leadership in resolving issues, maintaining systems, and participating in projects. You will formulate solutions for improvement and collaborate with peers to set strategic directions for the environment. This includes installing, maintaining, and configuring systems infrastructure on both on-premise and cloud platforms.
