Reports to : Accounting Manager

Job Summary : This position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Department in a variety of functions, including billing, accounts payable and receivable, data entry, and statistical analysis projects. This is an excellent internship opportunity to learn and gain real world experience in the field of Accounting.

Essential Duties

• Assist personnel in Billing.
• Accounts Payable processing.
• Reconciling general ledger account and bank statements.
• Assist personnel in preparation of audit documents.
• Assist personnel in data collection and entry.
• Organizes department records, data, and documentation.
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned and required.
