Warehouse Manager (Live Event Equipment)

Position Summary : We are looking for a highly reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse supporting live event productions. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising a small team, ensuring accurate and safe handling of equipment, and maintaining high standards of organization and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Oversight :
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3 warehouse employees.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor performance and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Warehouse Operations :
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks with staging and event equipment.
• Ensure equipment is properly restocked, maintained, and ready for deployment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Logistics & Equipment Management :
• Verify pack lists for outgoing trucks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Confirm that all equipment is safely and correctly loaded for transport.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment as needed.
• Driving & Compliance :
• Occasionally operate company vehicles (non-CDL) for deliveries or pickups.
• Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Must be insurable under company policy to drive company trucks.

Qualifications :

Work Environment :

Fast-paced and physically active. May include early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts depending on event schedules. Indoor and outdoor work environments, including venues and loading docks.
